CIF WORKING PROCEDURE (1)

1.Buyer sends ICPO with full contact & Bank details to the Seller.

2.Seller sends Draft Sales Purchase Contract.

3.Buyer Signs, Stamps & Returns the Reviewed/Amended Sales Purchase Contract to

the Seller in word.

4.Seller sends Signed & sealed contract to Buyer along with (partial prove of product) PPOP.

A) Notarized and sealed purchase agreement.

B) Proforma invoice.

C) Commitment letter to supply.

D) Certificate of Origin.

E) Sellers company registration certificate.

F) Product passport certificate.

G) Statement of availability of product

5. Buyer makes 15% advance payment deposit in 3 working days of the

total cost of the first shipment which will be deducted from the total payment after SGS

at the discharged port.

6. Seller’s Bank Receives and confirms 15% payment,

Seller issue’s the PPOP hard copy to the buyer.

7. Within 18 (EIGHTEEN) working days from the date of advance payment of 15% deposit,

the shipment commences From the Loading port.

8. Upon arrival of the product at the discharge port, buyer receives full set of original

documents (mentioned below) and makes full final 85% payment of the product via

TT Wire transfer to sellers bank account as appointed.
